Transfers/Cancellations

 

Transfer requests received by noon one business day prior to the scheduled notary course will be processed at no charge. You must reschedule your class within 60 days of the transfer request.  After 60 days, you will be required to register/pay as a new trainee for future dates.

Virtual classes will be refunded as long as you have not received the login/print instructions. Once you have received the class instructions, you can request a refund prior to 5 days before the class start. Things do come up, so we can reschedule your class for a later date up to 60 days from your registration/payment date.
